Each order is handmade with care. Standard processing times range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the item and customization requirements. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may extend slightly. I do my best to keep customers informed of any delays.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping Europe: Typically 3- 7 business days
Expedited Shipping Europe: Typically 2-5 business days

Shipping Costs

Lost or Damaged Packages
Livia Rose Gifts is committed to ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for insurance purposes.
Returns and Exchanges on Shipped Items
