How long does it take to process an order?
We carefully handcraft each order, which means processing times vary depending on the item and customization. Typically, it takes 5 to 10 business days to complete most orders. During peak seasons like holidays, processing may take a little longer. I'll keep you updated on your order’s progress!

 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Europe. Shipping availability, costs, and times may vary based on your location. If you’re unsure about shipping options for your area, please feel free to contact us at info@liviarosegifts.com 

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that things can change! You may adjust or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that period, your order might already be in production, and changes may not be possible. Please reach out to me as soon as possible at info@liviarosegifts.com for any requests.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please let us know within 2 days of receiving it. Contact us at info@liviarosegifts.com with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or an error on our part, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

How can I personalize my item?
At each product, you’ll see a section where you can enter the personalization details for your item, such as names, dates, or special messages. Please double-check your information before submitting your order, as we craft each piece based on the details you provide.

 

What materials do you use?
I prioritize quality materials. Most of my products are crafted using high quality (heat transfer) vinyl brands such as TeckWrap or Oracal. Ensuring they look beautiful and last. Specific material details are included in each product description.

 

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, I'll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Absolutely! We offer a gift-wrapping option as well as the chance to include a custom message with your order. You can select these options at checkout to make your gift even more special.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@liviarosegifts.com  . I can correct the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Is there a way to preview my personalized item?

Yes! We offer previews for certain products - which you can see listed at each product as 'preview'. You'll have to pay a little amount and after agreeing you can order the product and your amount paid for the 'preview' will be deducted.
