Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Once you place an order with Livia Rose Gifts, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items purchased, total amount, and estimated processing time. This email confirms we have received your order; however, it does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to review and accept or decline your order for any reason, such as item availability or potential errors in product or pricing information.
Product Availability and Customization
All items are subject to availability. Since we create each item by hand, certain materials or customization options may be limited. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives where possible or a full refund.
Personalized Orders
As each product is uniquely made to order, it is essential that you provide accurate personalization details at checkout. Please double-check all information, including names, dates, and specific requests. Livia Rose Gifts cannot be held responsible for errors due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that you may need to adjust or cancel an order. However, since each item is custom-made, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in production, and changes may not be possible. To request a change, please contact us at info@liviarosegifts.com and provide your order number or specification.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euro (€) and are subject to change without notice. The total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout. We accept payment via through different payment methods see here and payment is required in full at the time of order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we begin crafting your personalized item. Standard processing times are 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the item. Please note that this does not include shipping time. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly, and we will notify customers of any expected delays.
Order Status and Updates
We will keep you informed of your order’s progress through email updates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 2 days after receiving at info@liviarosegifts.com . I will work with you to rectify the issue through a replacement or repair, as appropriate. Please provide photos of the item and packaging to help us understand and resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders. We encourage you to carefully review all details before placing your order. Exceptions may apply for items received damaged or incorrect.
